This 7-inch touchscreen monitor is a complete solution for turning a Raspberry Pi 5, 4B, 3B+, or any other computer with an HDMI output into a portable terminal or control panel for DIY projects, automation, or media centers. With a resolution of 1024x600 pixels and IPS technology, it offers wide viewing angles of up to 178° and vivid colors, making it ideal for complex graphical interfaces and video playback.
The capacitive touch panel, based on the GT911 controller, supports up to 5 simultaneous touch points, providing smooth and precise interaction. The built-in stereo speakers and 3.5mm audio jack ensure clear sound and the ability to connect external audio devices such as headphones. The dedicated button on the back of the panel allows quick and precise adjustment of both brightness and volume. The back of the display features threaded holes that allow direct mounting of the Raspberry Pi board, resulting in a compact and organized build.
Connection is plug and play: the video signal is transmitted via an HDMI cable, while the touchscreen and power are handled through Micro-USB cables, with no need to install additional drivers on compatible systems (Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Kali, RetroPie, Windows 10/11).

Usage:
Connect the HDMI cable between port 1 (HDMI A) on the monitor and the computer with HDMI output, or use port 8 (HDMI A for Pi) for exclusive connection to the Raspberry Pi.
Power the screen by connecting a Micro-USB cable to port 3 (Power only) and to a 5V, 2A power supply, or use port 2 or port 4 (Touch & Power) for combined power and touch signal.
To activate the touchscreen, connect a Micro-USB cable to port 2 or port 4 (Touch & Power) and to a USB port on the development board or computer.
Start the system. On compatible platforms (Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Kali, RetroPie, Windows 10/11), the monitor is recognized automatically, without additional drivers.
Adjust brightness and volume using the interface on the back of the monitor.
For optimal compatibility with Raspberry Pi, edit the config.txt file in the root directory of the SD card. Add the following lines to the end of the file, save, and reboot the board:
