Multichannel module that uses 4 separate LM2596 integrated, fed from a single common source. Being a monolithic voltage regulation integrated circuit, it is capable of providing an output current of up to 3A.
It has linear adjustment characteristics and allows the simultaneous generation of four sets of power supplies: 3.3V, 5V, 12V and an adjustable channel (ADJ) through the integrated multi-turn potentiometer.
The module design follows the strict specifications of the power supply circuits, using high-quality components such as SMD electrolytic capacitors and high-power inductors, to ensure a stable output voltage. The special treatment applied to the back of the PCB improves heat dissipation for the LM2596 chip.
The output range of the ADJ channel is from 1.2V to Vin-1V, that is, the supply voltage minus 1V, with a maximum output current of 3A.
The module powers all 4 integrated LM2596 from a single power supply and the outputs with the same voltage can be connected in parallel, but not in series . Each channel is independent, but the channels are not isolated from each other. Putting them in series will burn the integrateds.
The total current must NOT exceed 5A, even if individual modules can lead up to 3A in peaks. The heat dissipation is common on the same board and the input is from a single voltage source (a single connector).
Each output has a dedicated 4-pin output jack. 2 pins for GND and 2 pins for VCC. The pins are with screws and are in the form of a removable connector. Since there are two sets of outputs per channel, two consumers can be connected to each output of the LM2596.
It also has a general ON/OFF button that stops or starts all the outputs.

Use:
Make sure the input voltage is between 13V and 32V, and is 1V higher than the desired output voltage to maintain output stability.
The heat generation is proportional to the difference between the input and output voltage and the load current. Depending on the load, it may be necessary to add radiators or other cooling methods.
Be careful when connecting capacitive or inductive loads to avoid high instantaneous current that could damage the module.
The adjustable voltage can vary from 1.2V to Vin-1V, with a maximum output current of 3A. Use the potentiometer for fine adjustments.
