PWM solar charging mode, with USB output and LCD display, which acts as charge control between solar panels and battery.
It presents a USB port with 5V output that allows devices to be charged via USB with up to 3A.
This is the HQ (High Quality) version, other lower quality versions are also available at lower prices, which uses quality components, is more reliable and has a longer lifespan compared to the "Low Quality" models.
There are two main methods to charge a battery using a solar panel: the MPPT method and the PWM method.
This is a PWM controller that acts like an electronic switch between the solar panel and the battery as follows:
- The switch is ON when the battery is discharged. The panel transmits all the energy to the battery.
- The switch enters PWM mode (on and off at variable frequency) when the battery is almost charged and maintains the battery voltage at the absorption voltage.
- The switch is OFF when the battery is fully charged, while the battery voltage drops to the floating voltage.
Using the PWM charging module assumes that the maximum voltage of the panel is close to the maximum voltage of the battery. For example, for a 12V battery, with a charging voltage of 14V, you can use a panel that outputs a VMP (maximum voltage) of 18V. MPPT modules instead lower the panel voltage to the battery voltage.
It has a programmable operating mode after the light, that is, the consumer will be turned on only after sunset when it is dark and the panels do not generate current, with the consumer turning off during the day when the energy generated will only be used to charge the battery.

Use:
1. Connect the battery to the module, plus to plus, minus to minus.
2. Connect the panel to the module, plus to plus, minus to minus.
3. Connect the consumer to the module, plus to plus, minus to minus.
When disconnecting, the disconnection order of the consumer, the panel and the battery will be strictly observed. Disconnecting/Connecting in a different order can damage the module.
Menu:
The module has 3 buttons. A MENU that goes through the different settings, an UP button for increasing the value, a DOWN button for decreasing the value.
