The TLE5012 high-precision magnetic encoder module uses the AS5600 IC with 12-bit angle measurement capability, compatible with Arduino and other development boards. It provides a reliable, non-contact solution for precise angular position measurement, making it ideal for motors and other applications that require precise rotation detection.
The angle signal can be transmitted via the I2C bus, PWM output, or analog signal, providing flexibility in integration with various microcontrollers. Its slotted design allows compatibility with motor mounts of various sizes, facilitating mounting in various configurations.
The module is compatible with 3.3V and 5V, allowing adaptation to different platforms by modifying the resistor R6. It comes from the factory on 3.3V, meaning it has the resistor R6 soldered in. To make it compatible with 5V, the resistor R6 will be removed.
By default, clockwise rotation increases the angle value. It can be changed in the opposite direction by moving resistor R4 to R3.
It uses a 4-pin PH2.0 interface, easy to connect and integrate into existing systems.
The PCB shape allows mounting on motors of various sizes, thanks to the slotted design.
