MOSFET module compatible with Arduino and other development boards, with optoisolator, control with a voltage between 3 and 12VDC and a maximum current of 22A ( over 5A requires active cooling with radiator and fan ). The control pins are 2.54mm standard, compatible with DuPont connectors.

It supports PWM signal and with the help of a development board or microcontroller, different equipment such as LED strip, motors, etc. can be controlled by PWM (pulse with modulation). The PWM signal can control, for example, the intensity of light or the speed of DC motors.

Important: The arrow on the back of the module indicates the connection direction of the consumer (voltage flow direction, from the source to the consumer).
