The MOSFET module is designed for precise control of various electronic components powered by direct current, being suitable for controlling DC motors, LED strips, lamps, electromagnets, and other similar consumers.
It is compatible with Arduino and other development boards that can provide a digital or PWM signal, including at 3.3V and 5V.
The board is equipped with FDD8782 N-Channel transistors, which ensure fast switching and low losses, having an RDS(on) of 14.0mΩ at Vgs = 4.5V.
Considering the 25V rating of the mounted MOSFETs, the module is recommended for applications up to 24VDC. For safe operation at high loads, proper cooling is required.
