The MOSFET module is designed for precise control of various electronic components powered by direct current, being suitable for controlling DC motors, LED strips, lamps, electromagnets, and other similar consumers.
It is compatible with Arduino and other development boards that can provide a digital or PWM signal, including at 3.3V and 5V.
The board is equipped with FDD8782 N-Channel transistors, which ensure fast switching and low losses, having an RDS(on) of 14.0mΩ at Vgs = 4.5V.
Considering the 25V rating of the mounted MOSFETs, the module is recommended for applications up to 24VDC. For safe operation at high loads, proper cooling is required.

dar, cei achizitionati in ultima comanda sunt altceva decat cei comandati in trecut: sunt sterse inscriptionarile de pe MOSFET-uri, unul a sosit mort, altul a sosit fara unul dintre rezistorii SMD de pe placa, voi incerca un transplant de la cel mort, un al treilea a murit dupa ce curentul a ajuns la 2A, chiar cu un radiaor destul de voinic pe MOSFET-uri. Schimbati va rog furnizorl pentru modulele acestea, chiar daca sunt mai scumpe. Prefer sa dau 10 lei pe unul, dar sa fie ce trebuie. Spor la toate!
