Set containing two 18650 type Li-Ion batteries, each with a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a generous individual capacity of 3000mAh. With a discharge rating of 3C, these batteries are suitable for equipment that requires a moderate discharge current, such as flashlights, backup systems and many other portable devices.
The discharge rate in "C" is a standardized way of indicating the speed at which a battery can be safely discharged without affecting its performance or lifespan. The "C" value is related to the nominal capacity of the battery. The discharge rate is 3C (3 x 3000mAh capacity = 9A maximum discharge current). The indicated charge rate, also expressed in "C", is 0.5C (0.5 x 3000mAh = 1.5A).
The battery has a flat head, suitable for making battery packs by spot welding and weighs 46.25 grams.
The set is delivered with a plastic storage box, designed to protect the batteries against mechanical shock and short circuits during transport or storage.
