The INA3221 Voltage and Current Monitor Sensor, compatible with Arduino and other 3V and 5V development boards, is an advanced three-channel module designed for precise monitoring of supply voltages and current drawn by components or devices in an electronic system. It measures both shunt voltage drops and system supply voltages and provides accurate data on them.
With an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the sensor can be conveniently powered from variable voltage sources. The device maintains high energy efficiency, consuming only 350 µA of current during operation.
The INA3221 features precision characteristics, with minimal offsets and low gain errors, ensuring reliable measurements. In addition, it offers configurable options for averaging measured data, allowing the user to tailor the sensor performance to specific application requirements.
With four programmable I2C addresses and alert and warning functions, the INA3221 allows for the detection and management of errors or out-of-range conditions, facilitating efficient system monitoring and control.
