Power module for APM 2.5, 2.6, 2.8 and Pixhawk that provides a simple and efficient method of providing clean power from a LiPo battery to the flight controller, along with measurements of current consumption and battery voltage, all through one cable with 6-pin molex plug.
Used with the APM flight controller, the 6-pin plug is inserted directly into the dedicated space, marked PM (Power Module). Through this port, the controller is powered and reads the information related to voltage and current in real time.
It integrates a voltage regulator that supplies 5.3V and up to 3A from a LiPo battery up to 7S, being specially designed for the APM2.5.2, APM2.6 and Pixhawk flight controllers. IMPORTANT: This module is exclusively designed to power the APM/Arduflyer controller, RC receiver and accessories such as the GPS module. It is NOT intended for powering servomotors! For this, use the ESCs of the motors or a separate BEC.
It uses a 5V ADC to communicate voltage and current to the APM flight controller.
