The Power Distribution Board (PDB) is designed for FPV drones and other RC applications, featuring an advanced 4-layer PCB design with 2oz copper for improved conductivity. It features dual terminals for soldering ESCs and battery, facilitating a solid and efficient connection. The PDB includes a high efficiency DC/DC regulator up to 95%, protected by a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) for increased safety.
It offers regulated 5V and 12V outputs, making it ideal for powering FPV cameras and video transmitters (VTX), and integrated LEDs indicate correct voltage operation. It also supports flexible camera and VTX voltage configurations via solder bridges.
Specifications:
Power supply: 2S - 6S LiPo (7.2V - 26V DC)
ESC outputs: 4 x 20A (continuous), 30A (peak 10s/min)
Protection: Short circuit tolerance for 10 seconds/minute
Dimensions: 36 x 36 mm
Weight: 6g
Grip: 30.5mm x 30.5mm
Voltage regulators:
5V (3A continuous, max. 3A for 10s/min)
12V (2A continuous, max. 3A for 10s/min)
CAM & VTX voltage configuration:
3S: VCC for 12V
4-6S: Choice between 5V and 12V
Video passthrough: CAM → VTX
Use:
Solder the ESC cables to the dedicated pads (marked in pairs for stability).
Select the desired voltage by soldering to the appropriate outputs.
Connect a Lithium battery between 2S and 6S and check the output voltages.
The board attaches to the drone using the standard 30.5mm mounting holes.
Avoid short circuits and check connections before powering on.
