High-precision liquid level transmitter sensor equipped with a silicon sensor and digital conditioning circuit for accurate water level monitoring. It has a 304 stainless steel construction and IP68 protection, being designed for use in harsh environments, offering long-term durability and reliability.
The probe is powered with a voltage between 12 and 32VDC and the standard output signal is between 4 and 20mA, depending on the liquid level, ensuring easy integration into various industrial water monitoring systems.
The operating principle is based on water pressure and offers the digital temperature compensation function, meaning that any errors due to temperature variations are compensated.
The signal, read directly with a microcontroller, is interpretable in the range of 4mA (minimum water level) and 20mA (maximum water level 3 meters)
The probe has a 45° oblique angle with anti-blocking system for easy installation and an internal vent hose, which must be left free to remove air from the probe as it is submerged.

Use:
The RED thread The sensor is connected to +12V to +32V DC voltage (power supply).
The BLACK wire connects to the current measurement input of the reading device (e.g. PLC, multimeter, digital display, SCADA system).
Insert the probe into the measured liquid (excluding water, use in corrosive liquids is not recommended) and ensure that, during immersion (and after) the hose at the end of the cable remains unobstructed, to allow air to escape from the probe.
Make sure the sensor is mounted properly to avoid blockages.
Monitor the 4-20mA output signal to obtain water level values.
If necessary, the probe can be removed by unscrewing for maintenance.
