The SUS304 stainless steel rod resists corrosion, and the shielded FEP cable ensures stable signal and operation up to 200°C.
The leak-proof 1/4 NPT thread mounting is ideal for environments that require leak-proofing such as brewing, biodiesel, food or industrial processes, and the detachable spring-lock connector facilitates cleaning and reduces the risk of damaging the cable when handling tanks.

The PT100 RTD element offers high accuracy, nearly linear response, and good sensitivity to small temperature variations.
The PT100 probe is a resistance that varies almost linearly with temperature: at 0°C → 100 Ω, at 100°C → ~138.5 Ω.
Technical note: the PT100 element theoretically supports a wide range up to ~850°C, but the assembly is limited by the cable and FEP insulation to -50 ~ +200°C.

Use:
Mount the probe into the dedicated port using the 1/4 NPT thread and PTFE tape if necessary for tightness.
Connect the terminals to the PT100 compatible instrument.
3 wires recommended for high accuracy.
2 wires accepted in less critical applications.
Ensure good thermal contact between the tip and the measured medium. Avoid tight bending of the FEP cable.
Respect the working range of -50 ~ +200°C for the entire assembly.
After use, disconnect the detachable connector for cleaning. Wipe the stainless steel rod and let it dry before reassembling.
