Distance sensor, Omron E3Z-D61 (NPN), designed for precise object detection in industrial applications. The integrated LED indicator clearly displays the operating status, facilitating real-time activity monitoring. The robust housing and small dimensions make it easy to integrate into production lines, packaging systems or automatic handling equipment.
The sensor has a semi-adjustable for adjusting the distance and one for setting the normal state (Normal open or Normal closed).
The sensor comes with a metal base for fixing it in the desired location.
The sensor has an NPN (sinking) output, meaning the sensor output connects to ground (GND) when active. Current flows from the load to the sensor, then to GND.

Secure the sensor using the mounting holes and attach it to the desired surface.
Correctly connect the wires to the power supply and control circuit (Blue - GND, Brown - VCC, Black - NPN Signal).
Check the LED to be able to track the sensor status in real time.
