CL24R electronic load tester, for testing battery capacity, checking power supplies and evaluating the performance of various electrical devices. It can also be used to determine the internal resistance of batteries, using the 4-wire method.
It supports a wide range of voltages (1V-200V) and currents (up to 25A), with a total power of 150W, offering multiple protections and an advanced heat dissipation system through a radiator and fan.
The 2.4-inch color TFT screen ensures a clear view of the test parameters, and its operation can be achieved through the integrated buttons or through the dedicated application.
This module supports connection to a PC via the USB-C port, being recognized by the PC as a HID device. For use on a PC you will need to use the dedicated application (which we provide in the Download section) which allows not only reading information but also complete control of the module. Alternatively, there is the possibility of using a WiFi or Bluetooth module, which can be purchased separately.
The tester comes with two additional modules: A Bluetooth module and a WIFi module from Tuya.
These allow full control of the device via the SmartLife app. Connecting the modules to the tester is quick and easy using the USB-C port.

Use:
Connect the tester to the DC12V 1A/PD12V power supply included in the package.
Selecting the test mode: Use the buttons to navigate through the TFT screen menu.
Connecting the device under test: Follow the four-wire wiring diagram for accurate measurements.
Parameter setting: Configure the desired voltage, current or power.
Monitoring results: The tested values will be displayed in real time on the screen or on the PC if connected to the application.
Automatic protection: In the event of an overload, the device will automatically shut down for safety.
Reset to factory settings:
Turn on the device.
Press and hold the Start button to enter the settings menu.
Select Factory Reset and confirm.
