The infrared touch sensor for LED strips is a modern and discreet lighting control solution, designed for hidden installation behind wooden, glass, or plastic surfaces up to 5 cm thick, without the need to cut or drill the surface.
Activation is done by simply touching the surface or by moving your hand in front of the sensor, at a distance of 10 - 20 mm. The board is compatible with 5V, 12V, or 24V DC lighting systems, supporting a maximum current of 3A and a maximum power of 72W at 24V.
Among the main features are four operating modes selectable via jumpers (V1 and G2), extremely low standby consumption of approximately 100 microamps, compact dimensions of 32 x 32 mm, and connecting wires with a length of 130 mm.
The default factory mode is ON/OFF with continuous dimming.
The product is ideal for kitchen cabinets, display cases, offices, or any space where discreet and elegant light control is desired.

Usage:
Fix the board to the back of the desired surface with double-sided adhesive tape, with the sensor facing the material through which detection is performed.
Connect the G wire to ground (GND) and the V+ wire to the supply voltage (5 - 24 VDC).
Connect the LED strip to the LED+ and LED- terminals, observing polarity.
Set jumpers V1 and G2 according to the operating mode table to select the desired function.
Power the circuit and test operation by moving your hand close to or touching the surface above the sensor.
If the sensor does not respond, check the material thickness (max. 5 cm), detection distance (10 - 20 mm), and the polarity of the connections.
