The RGB SMD 5050 module is a compact board with a high brightness full color RGB LED, designed for direct control from a microcontroller via PWM signals, compatible with Arduino and other development boards both at 5V and 3.3V.
It has current limiting resistors on each channel, thus eliminating the risk of LED burnout and allowing you to quickly connect the R, G, and B pins to digital outputs.
The module is suitable for signaling, lighting effects, Arduino projects, and simple automation, and combining the red, green, and blue channels allows you to obtain multiple colors in the RGB range.
The pins are output on a DIP header, so installation on a breadboard or in a project is quick.

Usage:
Connect GND to the ground of your board, Arduino, or other MCU.
Connect R, G, and B to the microcontroller's digital PWM pins.
For a single color, activate only one channel.
For mixed colors, activate two or three channels simultaneously.
For fade effects, use PWM and gradually vary the intensity of each channel.
If you use 3.3V logic, the module generally works without adaptation, but brightness may differ compared to 5V.
