The v1.3 motherboard is a development board used to control 3D printers. This joins the MEGA2560 plus Ramps 1.4 board into a single board, eliminating the problems derived from using two separate boards.
Supports a maximum of 5 fully replaceable stepper motor drivers. It is compatible with A4988, DRV8825 and TMC2100 drivers.
The PCB is of quality, composed of four layers, and made with an efficient heat dissipation in mind due to the use of better MOSFETs.
It uses a dedicated integrated power supply that accepts voltages of 12VDC or 24VDC, which is why, with the same board, you can switch to 24VDC, benefiting from lower mosfet temperatures due to the need for a lower current.
The board can directly replace the Mega2560+Ramps 1.4 assembly, the Marlin firmware settings being identical to those for Ramps 1.4.
Supports connection for a 2004 and 12864 LCD control panel with SD card.
It also allows connecting motors from an external motor source.
Drivers are not included.
