The battery charge level display module is a compact, self-contained solution designed for real-time monitoring of Li-Ion and Lead-Acid battery status. This module integrates all measurement and display logic directly into the unit. Connection is made directly to the battery pack terminals, and the blue-backlit LCD immediately shows the remaining battery capacity percentage.

The module supports configurations from 3 to 15 cells for Li-Ion batteries and the equivalent voltage levels for Lead-Acid batteries (12V, 24V, 36V, 48V). The accepted input voltage ranges from 8V to 63V, covering a wide range of applications: electric vehicles, energy storage systems, electric scooters, off-grid photovoltaic systems, or any other application where a fast and reliable visual indication of battery status is required.

The module’s own power consumption is below 5mA, making it suitable for permanent installations without significantly affecting battery capacity.

Measurement accuracy is ±1%, ensuring a correct indication of the charge level. The compact dimensions of 44 x 25 x 16mm allow discreet mounting in panels, enclosures, or directly on the battery.

Battery type and cell count are configured easily by pressing the button on the back of the module, with no tools or software required.

Usage:

Identify the positive terminal and the negative terminal of the battery pack.

Connect the module’s red wire to the positive terminal of the pack.

Connect the module’s black wire to the negative terminal of the pack.

On first use, press the button on the back of the module to select the battery type (Li-Ion, code C, or Lead-Acid, code P) and the number of cells corresponding to your configuration, according to the code table below.

The display will turn on automatically and show the remaining battery capacity percentage.

On subsequent uses, the module starts and displays the charge level automatically, without requiring any new configuration.

Warning: Do not reverse the wire polarity, as incorrect connection may permanently damage the module. The battery pack voltage must always match the cell configuration selected in the module. Do not connect the module to packs with voltages above 63V.
