Step-up USB converter that converts the input voltage of 5V into a selectable output voltage of 9V or 12V, offering a convenient and portable solution for powering devices that require higher voltages.
It is equipped with a switch for selecting the output voltage and an LED display that indicates the value of the output voltage, being ideal for a variety of applications, such as powering routers from an external battery in case of power failure, powering small fans , desk lamps, solar panels or any application that requires a 9V or 12VDC power supply.
The riser is integrated in a transparent plastic case that offers the USB 2.0 connection on one side and a cable with a 5.5x2.1mm round plug on the opposite side. The package also includes an adapter from 5.5x2.1mm to 3.5x1.35mm plug.
Check the polarity of the plug before connecting equipment to this power source!!! The outside of the plug is Ground (GND, 0V), the inside is the plus. If the polarity is reversed, open the module (it is not glued, it is held with tabs) by applying pressure on the edges with tabs and opening the cover. Then reverse the output wires of the plug. Cases have been reported in which the plug arrived with reversed polarity, there being no other functional problems.

Use:
Plug the USB end of the converter into a USB power source (such as an external battery, a USB wall adapter, or a computer USB port).
Use the included switch to select the desired output voltage (9V or 12V). Check the output voltage on the LED display.
Connect the device that requires power to the DC connector. Make sure the device supports the selected voltage.
After making the correct connections, your device should start getting power from the converter.
