The test hook with wire and Dupont female connector is an accessory for quickly connecting a test point to a measuring instrument or development board. The hook-style terminal clips onto the pin of an integrated circuit, the lead of a component, or a solder point. The other end of the wire has a female Dupont connector, into which a male pin is inserted. It is suitable for connecting logic analyzer probes, for measurements with a multimeter or oscilloscope, and for checking signals on circuit pins without soldering.
The product is a flexible wire of approximately 28 cm, with a single-contact female Dupont connector at one end and the test hook at the other. The hook allows gripping fine pins that a regular probe cannot hold securely, and leaves your hands free while monitoring the signal. The test terminal is available in several colors, and this item is the GREEN version. The wire color is chosen randomly.

Use:
Insert the female Dupont connector onto the male pin of the logic analyzer, measuring instrument, or development board.
Attach the hook to the desired pin, component lead, or test point, making sure it has firm contact and does not touch adjacent pins.
Check that no short circuits occur between neighboring pins, especially on integrated circuits with closely spaced pins.
Do not use the hook on circuits powered by 220 VAC mains voltage or on dangerous voltages, as the product is not intended for such applications.
Disconnect power from the circuit before moving the hook to another test point if there is a risk of accidental short circuit.
For stable results, use short connections and ensure a common ground between the tested circuit and the measuring instrument.
