TDS-3 water quality tester that uses electricity to determine the degree of water purity, by measuring the substances dissolved in a solution.
TDS-3 is a digital water quality testing device. With the help of this device, the user can measure the level of "Total Dissolved Solids" (TDS) in the water. The device has a wide measurement range from 0 to 9990 ppm and can be used to test tap water, water from swimming pools or pools, water from aquariums and many others. It can measure the level of dissolved particles in water with an accuracy of 1ppm.
The high level of TDS changes the taste of water and makes it salty, bitter or metallic. High TDS levels also indicate the presence of toxic minerals that are hazardous to health. According to the EPA, the maximum TDS concentration for drinking water is 500 ppm.
The TDS-3 has three buttons, which makes it easy to use. Also, the device is equipped with an automatic temperature calibration function, which allows it to provide accurate readings even when the water temperature changes.
The device is compact and portable, with dimensions of approximately 15 x 2.8 x 1.5 cm. It has a durable and light casing, which makes it easy to transport wherever it is needed. It is powered by two button-type batteries (1.5V)
