Module for automatically maintaining charged batteries, monitors voltage and controls via relay the charger start and stop between set thresholds. It has a display for quick START STOP display and adjustment, operates at 220VAC with integrated power supply, controls batteries in the range 0-99.9VDC, suitable for UPS, solar systems and industrial applications.

Module that ensures batteries remain charged. The module detects the low battery level (previously set) and commands its charging via the integrated relay until the desired level is reached. The module can ensure the safety of any battery between 3 and 120VDC.
Attention: The module itself does not charge. It is connected between the charger used to charge the battery and the AC power source. The module's power supply is done through 220VAC voltage (N and L IN).

Instructions:
Connect a battery up to 99.9V.
Connect to the mains on Phase (L) and Neutral (N). The module operates by converting AC voltage into 12V DC voltage through the integrated transformer and an integrated bridge rectifier.
The module cannot be used as a power supply (it only works together with a battery), meaning it only opens and closes the circuit from the charger to the battery.
Set the discharge threshold (the voltage at which the module will start charging the battery).
Set the charge threshold (the voltage at which the module will stop charging the battery).
Set start voltage: while displaying the battery voltage, pressing the "START" button will display the start voltage. Press for 3 seconds, the display will flash. Use the START and STOP buttons to set the start voltage for charging.
Set stop voltage: while displaying the battery voltage, pressing the "STOP" button will display the stop voltage for charging. Press for 3 seconds, the display will flash. Use the START and STOP buttons to set the stop voltage for charging.
Reset: while the module is on, press START and STOP simultaneously until the display shows "888". The module will be reset to factory settings.

Regulatorul de ancarcare, funcsioneaza.. doar ca are anumite dezavantaje faaa de modelul anterior V3 : la acest model, afiaajul este mai rapid ansa decuplarea se antampla cu antarziere. Reglajul, e putin ancurcat , deoarece, dupa apasarea butonului prag jos , acel buton devine + adica an loc sa scada tensiunea de prag jos, ea o mareste.. si invers.. ( aceste aspecte sunt relevante pentru mine, deoarece, le folosesc an cascada.. / 2- 3 module pe un redresor- robot pornire. Astfel an timp ce utilizatorul doreste sa porneasca matina, din curentul de ancarcare( ~5- 15A) , redresorul trebuie sa treaca pe curentul de pornire... ( 150-200A) apoi sa decupleze complet, imediat ce a pornit motorul..) Astfel, an cazul meu poate cauza o problema, ezitarea de aproximativ 2- 3 secunde, pe care o are acest modul. DAR PENTRU UN REDRESOR SIMPLU, E FOARTE OK!aaaa
Curentul de incarcare e maximul sursei a
Modul identic cu cel prezentat in imagine, util celor care au in proiect automatizarea ancarcarii bateriilor de acumulatori auto! Problema care o am cu toate modulele este faptul ca nici unul nu a venit cu o hartie in care este prezentat ca schema, date tehnice sau setari daca este cazul aaa cum se gaseste pe pagina de internet cu prezentarea produsului!
