MAX 6675 digital thermocouple module with probe, compatible with Arduino and other development boards.
It comes with a type K (Nickel-Chrome/Nickel–Aluminum) probe.
The module communicates with development boards via the SPI interface to read the temperature, with a 12-bit resolution.
It can read a theoretical temperature of 1024 degrees C, performs cold junction compensation between -20 and +80 degrees, has a resolution of 0.25 degrees, can detect thermocouple break and is powered at a voltage that can vary between 3 and 5.5VDC.

Pin description:
GND -> GND
VCC -> 3 - 5VDC power supply
SCK -> Serial Clock Input. Connects to a digital pin defined in the code
CS -> Chip Select. Connects to a digital pin defined in the code
SO -> Serial Data Output: Connects to a digital pin defined in the code
