G3061 small-sized soldering station with PD65W power supply, ideal for soldering PCB boards and preheating electronic boards. This mini digital preheating station is designed to facilitate soldering and repair work on PCB and SMD circuit boards.
Please note that the station does not come with a power supply. A PD charger capable of providing 65W of power, with Type-C, is required. For example, a laptop charger can be used.
The miniaturized design allows for high portability, making it ideal for small workshops or for work on the go.
The heating plate is made of metal, the heating elements are located under it, ensuring uniform heat distribution and a long service life. The PID method is used for heating, very efficient in maintaining the temperature at the set level. The PID method can be selected (scale factor, integration factor, differential factor) and the KP, KI and KD values can be modified.
The control is digital, precise, with an OLED display that offers a clear and detailed view of the temperature and settings, allowing for easy adjustment and constant monitoring for optimal results. The display provides information such as voltage, status, set temperature and current temperature. The display also features a temperature graph.
From the tests performed, a temperature of 200 degrees is sufficient to melt tin, without the need to go up to 280 degrees.

Use:
Temperature change: Briefly press one of the two buttons to increase/decrease the set temperature.
Heating element on/off: Short press both buttons at the same time to turn on/off.
Settings menu: Press and hold the two buttons until one of the menus appears. Press and hold again to exit the menu.
Menu navigation: Use the buttons to navigate left/right. To select the option, briefly press both buttons at the same time. Using one of the two buttons, you can decrease/increase the selected value. To confirm, long press both buttons at the same time.
It is recommended to use it with a 100W Type-C PD compatible power supply.
