The EGS002 control module is dedicated to the construction of pure sine wave inverters, using SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) technology. It is equipped with the EG8010 chip for generating a high-precision SPWM signal and two GNVS2113S drivers for controlling MOSFET or IGBT transistors. The module provides multiple protections against undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature, making it suitable for energy conversion applications in photovoltaic systems, UPS units, and other off-grid power supplies.
Its modular design allows easy integration into custom projects, and the output signal is stable, with low harmonic distortion, for safely powering sensitive equipment.
It integrates a 4-pin pure frequency set - sine wave (fixed 50Hz sine frequency, 60Hz, adjustable 0-100Hz sine frequency, adjustable 0-400Hz sine frequency).
The driver requires additional components to build the inverter, this module being only the control driver. Depending on the project, it is necessary to use a toroidal transformer from the available DC voltage (for example 12VDC) to 220V, and MOSFET transistors compatible with the input voltage and desired power, in an H-Bridge configuration. Online there are several examples of building an inverter using this driver.
For this driver, there is the possibility of purchasing an LCD display, sold separately.

Usage:
Connect the 5V logic power supply to the module and connect the driver outputs to the MOSFET/IGBT power stage. Select the output frequency (50 Hz or 60 Hz) using jumpers. Ensure proper cooling of the power transistors and use the LC filter to obtain a pure sinusoidal AC voltage at the output.

Jumpers that control the same function must NOT be shorted at the same time! Example: DO NOT connect JP1 and JP5 at the same time.
