The PTFE tube (polytetrafluoroethylene) is an essential consumable for modern 3D printers, serving to guide the filament from the feeding system to the extruder. Thanks to its exceptional low-friction properties, the PTFE material minimizes friction and resistance encountered by the filament during movement, ensuring a constant and uniform material flow. The direct result is higher print quality, with fewer failures caused by clogging or uneven feeding.
The tube is compatible with 1.75mm filaments and has an inner diameter of 2.5mm, an outer diameter of 4mm, and a length of 1 meter, and it can be cut to any required size.
It fits standard PC4-M6 and PC4-M10 pneumatic connectors and is recommended as a replacement part for Bambu Lab printers, where the original PTFE tube has the same outer diameter of 4mm and inner diameter of 2.5mm. It is also compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System), ensuring correct filament guidance along the entire path. The white color of the tube makes visual inspection of the filament easier during operation.

Usage:
Check that your printer uses a tube with an outer diameter of 4mm before installation.
Measure the required length, taking into account the full filament path from the AMS or feeding system to the extruder.
Cut the tube to the desired length using a cutter or a sharp blade, making sure the cut is perfectly straight and perpendicular to the tube axis.
Press the release ring of the pneumatic connector firmly and gently pull the old tube until it comes out completely.
Insert the end of the new tube into the connector up to the stop, pushing firmly and continuously.
Gently pull back on the tube to check that it is properly secured and cannot come out accidentally.
Repeat the operation at both ends of the tube, where applicable.
