The NE555 timer module is a compact and reliable solution for applications that require automatic shutdown of a load after a preset time interval. The board operates at a 12 VDC supply voltage and includes an integrated potentiometer that allows adjustment of the timing interval between 0 and 60 seconds, directly from the application, without additional components.
The operating mode is delay-off: when the supply voltage is applied, the electromagnetic relay activates immediately, connecting the load to the output. After the time set by the potentiometer expires, the relay automatically deactivates, interrupting power to the load. The cycle can be restarted by disconnecting and reapplying the input voltage.
Among the main features are the electromagnetic relay with switching capacity of up to 10A at 250V AC or 30V DC, the potentiometer for fine timing adjustment, the indicator LED that signals the active state of the relay, the compact dimensions of 28 x 55 mm, and the NE555 circuit as the timing element with good long-term stability.
It is recommended for controlling fans, stair lighting, water pumps, air extraction systems, or any application where automatic shutdown of a load after a defined interval is desired.

Usage:
Connect the VCC terminal to the 12 VDC power supply and the GND terminal to the circuit ground.
Connect the load (fan, pump, bulb, etc.) between the NO and COM relay terminals.
Adjust the potentiometer to set the desired time interval between 0 and 60 seconds.
Apply the supply voltage. The relay will activate immediately, and the indicator LED will turn on.
After the set interval expires, the relay automatically deactivates, and the load turns off.
To restart the cycle, disconnect the supply voltage and then apply it again.
Adjust the potentiometer whenever you want to change the timing interval.
