The screwdriver magnetizer and demagnetizer is a compact and highly useful accessory for any workshop or workbench. Made of ABS, this device allows quick magnetization or demagnetization of screwdriver tips.
The magnetizing function allows screwdrivers to hold screws while working, eliminating the risk of dropping them in tight spaces or onto electronic wiring, while the demagnetizing function is useful when working with components sensitive to magnetic fields, such as hard drives, electronic circuits, or precision instruments.
The process is instantaneous, requiring only a few simple passes through the appropriate area of the device.
The compact dimensions of 51.5 x 29.5 x 49.7 mm make it easy to store and keep close at hand. It does not require a power source, operating exclusively on the basis of integrated permanent magnets.

Use:
Place the device on a stable surface.
To magnetize: insert the screwdriver tip or bit into the area marked "+MAGNETIZER".
Gently move back and forth 1 to 5 times along the magnetizing area.
Check the effect by bringing the tip close to a metal screw.
To demagnetize: insert the screwdriver tip or bit into the area marked "-DEMAGNETIZER".
Gently move back and forth 1 to 5 times along the demagnetizing area.
Check the result by bringing the tip close to a screw to confirm the absence of magnetic attraction.
Do not bring the device near magnetic stripe cards, hard drives, or other storage media sensitive to magnetic fields.
