30-second recording board with playback, button trigger, for DIY greeting cards

30-second audio recording and playback module, usable for making creative DIY greeting cards. The module is powered by button batteries.

It is also equipped with a speaker that plays the recorded sound and a microphone for recording sound.

The module comes factory set with a button-type trigger that can be relatively easily changed to a photosensitive trigger or external trigger.

The factory model is equipped with 2 buttons, one for recording, the other for recording playback. Used with a photoresistor, the recording will be played back when the module is exposed to light. Used with external buttons, the playback button can be wired to the place where you want to install the trigger.

Use:

- Long press the record button. Keep it pressed and, after hearing a beep, record what you want to play. After 30 seconds, 2 beeps will be heard indicating the end of the recording. If you release the record button earlier, it will be interrupted.

- Button trigger: Press or release the Play button

- Light trigger: As long as the photoresistor is in the dark the module remains inactive. When it is exposed to light, the recording will be played back only once. The cycle repeats with each exposure to darkness followed by light.

Configuring in light mode, with photoelectric sensor, leads to permanent switching of the module in photoresistor mode. To return to button mode, solder the button, reinsert the white strip between the battery and the board, hold down both buttons, remove the white strip from the battery, wait for the playback to finish, then you can release the buttons.

The photoresistor is NOT included.
