It is made of durable ABS plastic, designed to facilitate the welding process of 18650 cells, allowing the simultaneous welding of both positive and negative electrodes. This unique feature significantly increases welding efficiency, saving time and energy.
The support has a groove that allows the direct insertion of the nickel sheet for welding, significantly facilitating the welding process. It allows the creation of battery packs without the need for the use of spacers, the distance between the cells being ensured by the support itself at the time of welding, and by the connections made after the completion and removal of the cells from the support.
Once the batteries are welded, the entire welded line is removed directly from the support.
The welding process with this support is fast and efficient, offering clean and aesthetic results, essential for making reliable and safe battery packs.
