ZVS induction heating module, ideal for rapid heating of metal parts with an external coil, operates at 12-30V DC, delivers up to 1000W and 20A under optimal conditions, soft start for high load, can also be used as a power inverter by replacing the coil with a transformer, requires active cooling for stable operation.

The ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) mode is used in conjunction with a coil to heat metal elements by induction.
The advantage of induction heating is the speed with which the metal heats up compared to other methods.
Replacing the copper coil with a transformer can turn this module into a power inverter.
The module requires active cooling. Overheating it in use will damage the module. The start-up is slow due to the power, the voltage will rise slowly once powered.
IMPORTANT: Do not exceed 1/5 of the available volume in the coil . The module will overheat and probably burn out. We recommend installing an ammeter on the module to ensure that you do not exceed the safety limit of 15A. It will work above 15A but will overheat.
MOUNT THE SPIRAL DIRECTLY ON THE PCB! Even if there are screw contacts, avoid mounting on them and solder directly on the route. We also recommend thickening the tin layer on the back of the board and on the inductor contacts. If the components are not well soldered, the respective contacts will overheat.
It can provide a maximum power of 1000W and 20A at a voltage of 53V. We recommend a power supply between 12V and 30V and a safe amperage of 15A, although it can even handle 30A for short periods of time.
The kit DOES NOT INCLUDE the copper coil (spiral, inductor). This can be handmade from copper or purchased separately.
