Step-down DC-DC power supply, XL4015, HW-316E V 4.0, 0-5A with display showing input and output voltage (selectable by button).
Adjustment is done by turning the potentiometer.
The package includes the module, metal spacers, and aluminum heatsink (attached to the black integrated circuit).

Operating mode:
Turning the potentiometer counterclockwise decreases the output voltage.
LEFT BUTTON: Turns the display off/on
RIGHT BUTTON: switches the display between input and output voltage (also indicated by the IN and OUT status LEDs)
INPUT/OUTPUT DISPLAY CALIBRATION: Set the display to the voltage you want to calibrate (IN or OUT). Press and hold the RIGHT button until the display starts blinking. Use the LEFT and RIGHT buttons to set the correct value (the actual value measured with a voltmeter). Press and hold the RIGHT button to save the new setting.

Foarte promta livrarea!
O sursa excelenta,recomand cu ancredere.
l-am cuplat cu bateriile de la sistemul fotovoltaic (24V) si l-am reglat cu tensiunea de incarcare pt laptop (19-21V). cand e inorat e cu mai eficient asa decat sa folosesti invertor si sursa laptop (ar consuma 1.2A in cu laptopul in power-saving fata de doar 0.37A folosind modulul coborator de tensiune)
Produsul este ok. Este exact ca in descriere si poza. Livrarea a fost rapida. Recomand.
