The voltage step-down module, with a capacity of up to 300W and 20A MAXIMUM ( recommended up to 15A ), designed to provide an efficient and precise regulation of voltage and current from an input voltage between 6V and 40VDC to a voltage of adjustable output between 1.2V and 36VDC.
It is equipped with a high-capacity dual MOSFET, 75V/80A, allowing the management of large loads with an efficiency of up to 96%.
It has the ability to maintain a stable output due to the use of high frequency electrolytic capacitors (Low ESR), with low resistance, which minimizes oscillations and ensures a constant and reliable output.
For easy installation, the module includes 30A screw terminals for quick connection. The heat dissipation is effectively managed by two radiators that maximize the elimination of the heat generated during operation.
The module can be turned off or on through the integrated switch, marked ON/OFF.
The two multi-turn potentiometers on the module allow regulation of the maximum voltage and current, the module being a CC and CV type.
It is important to note that, in case of a large difference between the input and output voltage, it is recommended to reduce the power and current to avoid overheating. At least during the commissioning phase, make sure that the module works in the optimal temperature parameters. Overheating the module will cause it to burn.

Use:
Connecting the Power Supply:
Connect +IN to the positive of the power supply and -IN to the negative.
Make sure that the input voltage does not exceed 40V to avoid damaging the module.
Output Adjustment:
Use the CV potentiometer to adjust the desired output voltage.
Adjust the DC potentiometer to set the output current limit, preventing the connected load from being overloaded.
Activating the Module:
Use the ON/OFF switch to turn the module on or off.
Important:
Check regularly that the module does not overheat and that the voltage and current values remain within the set limits.
Do not overload the module. Keep usage below 80% of maximum capacity to ensure reliable and durable operation.
Ensure adequate ventilation and, if necessary, use additional cooling solutions such as active fan cooling.
