The intelligent BMS module with integrated Bluetooth is designed for the protection and efficient management of battery packs, being compatible with Li-ion or LiFePO4 configurations between 7S and 14S.

This module offers safe and precise control over the batteries, integrating essential functions such as cell balancing during charging, protection against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short circuit.

Through the integrated Bluetooth connection, the user can monitor battery parameters in real-time directly from the mobile application, having quick access to important information about the status of each cell and the overall operation of the pack.

Due to its compact design and intelligent operation, this BMS is suitable for projects requiring high safety, constant control, and flexible configuration.

The module can be used with both LiPo or Li-Ion 3.7V batteries and LiFePO4 3.2V batteries; the latter requires reconfiguration via the app (Bluetooth). The working current of 30A and peak up to 90A recommend it for various applications where stable battery protection and efficient management of charge and discharge cycles are needed.

Usage:

The module is used for the protection and monitoring of battery packs formed from 7 to 14 cells connected in series. It is connected according to the dedicated scheme for the chosen configuration, between 7S and 14S, respecting the order of the balance wires and the correct polarity.

For LiFePO4 batteries, it is necessary to set the parameters from the mobile application (there are several compatible apps, search for Smart BMS for example) before use. After installation, the module allows tracking cell voltages, general battery status, and protection parameters directly from the phone. It is recommended to mount in a well-ventilated space and carefully check connections before powering on.
