The charge module with 1.77 inch TFT color display is an essential tool for testing and evaluating the performance of electronic devices and power supplies. It can also be used to discharge batteries, allowing testing their capacity by monitoring the current consumed in mAh.
The wide range of compatible voltages, between 0 and 150VDC, makes it compatible with most batteries and the high heat dissipation power of up to 150W makes the time spent discharging them as short as possible. The fan is an essential element in heat dissipation, it starts automatically when the temperature threshold of 40 degrees C is reached or when the current exceeds 3A.
Equipped with a 1.77-inch TFT color screen, the module provides a clear view of essential information such as voltage, current, time and discharge power.
With a maximum power of 150W, this module is capable of handling significant electronic loads, allowing for rigorous testing and performance evaluation of power devices.
The module allows voltage adjustment in the range of 0 - 150V and current in the range of 0 - 10A, providing a wide range of testing options for different applications.
Precise digital control over voltage and current allows the user to perform customized discharge tests and closely monitor the behavior of devices under different conditions.
To avoid damaging the module, at voltages above 120VDC, the maximum total power is limited to 60W.

Instructions:
Power the tester with the dedicated power supply on the 5.5x2.1mm.
Connect the battery according to the 4-wire diagram.
Set the desired parameters (CC mode, current, LVP, OVP, etc.).
Start the download (Start).
The tester displays:
battery voltage
discharge current
instantaneous power
discharged capacity (Ah)
discharged energy (Wh)
When the LVP threshold is reached, the test stops automatically and you can read the effective battery capacity.
Connecting the wires (4-Wire)
Thick wires (POWER - load circuit):
+ → to the positive pole of the source (ex: battery)
- → to the negative pole of the load (internal discharge module → electronic resistor → fan)
Thin threads (SENSE - precise measurement):
+ Sense → to the positive pole of the battery (connected as close as possible to the terminal)
- Sense → to the negative pole of the battery (to the battery terminal, NOT to the load)
These wires allow for correct measurement of the voltage at the battery terminals, compensating for the voltage drop across the thick wires.

Main operating settings:
CC (Constant Current) mode → discharges the battery at a constant current (ex: 5A)
CV (Constant Voltage) mode → maintains a fixed voltage at the load terminals
CP (Constant Power) mode → discharges at a constant power
CR (Constant Resistance) mode → simulates a constant resistor
Typically, CC is used for testing batteries.
Setting protections (important!)
OVP (Over Voltage Protection) → maximum voltage threshold → ex: 4.2V for Li-Ion
LVP (Low Voltage Protection) → minimum voltage threshold (the battery is considered discharged, the test stops automatically)
Example: 3.0V for Li-Ion 1S, 6V for 2S, etc.
OCP (Over Current Protection) → maximum allowed current (for safety)
OTP (Over Temperature Protection) → maximum allowed temperature (overheating protection)
Note:
Use thick threads for Power, thin threads for Sense.
Do not exceed the maximum recommended current of the tester.
Place the tester in a ventilated place (the fan will turn on automatically).
Do not use in a closed environment as it may overheat.
