500W boost inverter module board for converting voltage from DC 12V to AC 220V/380V, ideal for various applications.
The inverter provides stable and efficient voltage conversion but generates high-frequency square waves, making it incompatible with inductive devices. However, it is perfect for energy-saving lamps, laptop chargers, power supplies, DVD players, and other non-inductive devices.
The module offers the possibility to connect to 3 output voltages: 160VAC, 220VAC, and 380VAC (it is not three-phase).
🔴 Attention! The device does not have a built-in heatsink and must be used only with an additional heatsink to avoid overheating, placed on the transistors with thermal conductive paste.
🔴 Attention! Do not use incandescent or halogen bulbs. These types of lamps have a very high starting current because the cold filament has much lower resistance. At startup, the current can be 10-15 times higher than the nominal current, generating current spikes that can exceed the module's capacity and cause its failure. Also, directly connecting large loads can produce additional current spikes. It is recommended to use only non-inductive consumers (e.g., LED lamps, power supplies, chargers) and increase the load gradually, starting with low-power consumers.

Usage:
Make sure the inverter is equipped with an adequate heatsink for heat dissipation.
Connect the DC 12V power supply to the input terminals. Attention! The module outputs high AC voltage! Take all necessary safety measures and place the module in a properly insulated enclosure!
Place the inverter on a ventilated and safe surface.
Connect compatible devices to the AC 220V / 380V output.
Do not use inductive devices, as the square wave is not compatible. For these loads, you need a sine wave inverter.
Do not leave the inverter unattended during operation and avoid overloading it.
