MX1919 Brushed DC Motor Driver IC optimized for battery powered applications such as electric toys and various low voltage motion control equipment. This integrated circuit offers an efficient and safe control of DC motors, being compatible with power supply from 2V to 6V.
The MX1919 includes two motor control circuits of the same capacity and supports both continuous current and peak current, providing a compact and safe solution for battery-powered applications.
It uses low internal resistance power MOSFETs to reduce heating and eliminate the need for a heatsink.
The integrated H-bridge circuit ensures bidirectional and speed control of DC motors.
