IC clamping tool, ideal for electronics enthusiasts and professionals working with small integrated circuits (ICs). Thanks to its design, the IC can be pressed and firmly fixed during soldering, thus preventing accidental movement and ensuring perfect contact between the pins and the circuit board.
The base of the arm is magnetic and attaches anywhere on the metal surface of the board. It can also be attached by screwing it into the hole provided in the corner of the board.
The tip is made of metal and is very sharp, allowing the fixation of even the smallest SMD components. The arm has a spring tensioning mechanism, adjustable, and can be adapted to different heights
The adjustable arm allows 360-degree rotation and free movement in all directions – up-down, left-right – providing complete control and maximum comfort while working. The fixing tip (control needle) is adjustable in both height and length, making it possible to combine several sets to create a universal testing device.
There are also pads on the arm that connect to the tip, meaning that it can be used, by using multiple arms, as a test tool, by placing the tip on the contact that you want to test.
The construction is made of durable metal, with a stable 230g base, being perfectly balanced to provide stability even during fine work.

Use:
Place the base on a flat and stable surface.
Adjust the arm to the desired position so that the attachment tip can precisely touch the IC area.
Insert and secure the IC onto the circuit board.
Adjust the pressure of the clamping pin to immobilize the IC without damaging it.
Proceed to solder the pins carefully, then release the pressure and remove the IC if necessary.
If you want to test ICs, you will solder a cable to the PCB contacts of the arm, which connect to the test tip.
