The SG-02 MaAnt D1 device is an electric polishing, cutting and engraving tool, wireless, with internal battery and USB Type-C charging, ideal for use in repair shops, laboratories, or for DIY hobbies. It comes with 7 heads for Polishing, Grinding, Carving, Cutting and Drilling . It is also compatible with other heads with a clamping diameter of 2.35 mm.
This manual work tool is provided with a powerful motor, which can produce a rotation speed of up to 18,000 rotations per minute, allowing the user to perform work with precision and speed. Also, thanks to the internal 4.2V Lithium Ion battery, it can be used without the need to connect to a cable power source, thus offering increased mobility.
The tip can be locked at different depths, to obtain precise and uniform results.
The selector button is used both for start/stop and to select the working speed (3 speeds).
The LED display also indicates, apart from the working speed, the working load. When the peak meets resistance, the degree of resistance is displayed on the LED bar. This allows us to quickly realize if the pressure exerted on the tip is too high.
Fixing the working head is done by screwing the screws in the end, with the help of the socket integrated in the body of the electric pen.
We recommend the use of this tool in PCB repairs, especially where it is necessary to remove the paint from the tracks, because this tool is small and light, allowing the user to work with precision.
