Burr removal knife, specially designed for deburring operations. It is ideal for smoothing rough edges on various materials, including pipes, metal, wood and plastic. Mainly used for deburring pipe ends, but is also suitable for deburring rough edges in holes, cross holes and sharp corners on external surfaces.
This tool significantly facilitates the removal of excess material from the base of 3D prints (skirt).
The knife has a plastic handle, together with a blade made of high-speed steel 6542, thus ensuring long-lasting sharpness and efficiency.
IMPORTANT: The knife retention mechanism is subject to wear during use. Over time, depending on the force applied when deburring, wear of the mechanism that holds the knife in the handle is INEVITABLE . This means that over time the blade will no longer remain stuck inside the handle but can still be used (the knife remains in the handle during use). Handle wear is NOT covered by the warranty .

Use:
Installing the Blade: Insert the blade into the handle and secure it by pressing the button to lock the blade in place.
Operation: Hold the tool firmly and apply light pressure while rotating the blade over the surface or edge to be deburred.
Blade Replacement: Press the button to release and replace the blade when necessary.
Safety: Always wear gloves and safety glasses to prevent injuries.
