Temperature thermostat XH-W3001, 220VAC

The XH-W3001 module is a digital temperature controller designed for industrial and household applications that require automatic temperature regulation by direct connection to the 220VAC mains supply. Thanks to the integrated digital display and the simple two-button interface, the user can easily configure the start and stop temperatures of the connected load. The module is compatible with any automation system or can operate completely independently, without an external microcontroller.

The main features of the module include: direct power supply from the 220VAC mains, direct load control through an integrated relay with a capacity of up to 10A and 1500W (recommended 5A / 750W for continuous use, according to best practices), high temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°, a wide measurement and control range from -50° to +110°, a clear digital display for real-time monitoring, an NTC 10K waterproof probe temperature sensor with 1 meter cable included, a calibration function to compensate for measurement errors, and the ability to reset to factory settings.

Note: The enclosure is common to the 12V, 24V and 220VAC modules. The supply voltage is marked with a check in the box corresponding to the module voltage inside.

Operating Instructions:

“Up” button: Short press to display the start temperature; long press to set the start temperature.

“Down” button: Short press to display the stop temperature; long press to set the stop temperature

Reset: Press “Up” and “Down” together for a few seconds. When “888” is displayed, the thermostat has been reset to factory settings

Calibration: Press “Up” and “Down” together until “0.00” is displayed. Set the offset between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature.

Connect the NTC 10K sensor to the dedicated terminals of the module before applying power.

Connect the module to the 220VAC mains, observing the polarity and terminals indicated on the housing.

Connect the load (heating element, pump, fan, etc.) to the relay output, observing the recommended maximum current and power.

Apply power. The display will show the current temperature measured by the sensor.

Briefly press the “Up” button to view the set start temperature.

Hold the “Up” button for a few seconds to enter the start temperature setting mode, then use “Up” and “Down” to change the desired value.

Briefly press the “Down” button to view the set stop temperature.

Hold the “Down” button for a few seconds to enter the stop temperature setting mode, then use “Up” and “Down” to change the value.

To calibrate, press “Up” and “Down” simultaneously until “0.00” is displayed and set the offset between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature.

To reset to factory settings, press “Up” and “Down” simultaneously for a few seconds until “888” is displayed.

DO NOT SHORT-CIRCUIT THE YELLOW WIRE WITH THE BLACK ONE, AS IT CARRIES 220VAC WHEN THE RELAY IS ACTIVATED!
