The XH-W3001 module is a digital temperature controller, intended for industrial and household applications that require automatic temperature regulation by direct connection to a 12VDC power supply. Thanks to the integrated digital display and the simple two-button interface, the user can easily configure the start and stop temperatures of the connected load. The module is compatible with any automation system or can operate completely independently, without an external microcontroller.
The main features of the module include: direct power supply from a 12VDC source, direct load control through an integrated relay with a capacity of up to 10A and 1500W (recommended 5A / 750W for continuous use, according to best practices), high temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°, a wide measurement and control range from -50° to +110°, clear digital display for real-time monitoring, NTC 10K waterproof probe temperature sensor with 1 meter cable included, calibration function for compensation of measurement errors, and the possibility of resetting to factory settings.
Note: The enclosure is common to the 12V, 24V and 220VAC modules. The supply voltage is marked with a check in the box corresponding to the module voltage inside.

Operating Instructions:
“Up” button: Short press to display the start temperature; long press to set the start temperature.
“Down” button: Short press to display the stop temperature; long press to set the stop temperature
Reset: Press “Up” and “Down” together for a few seconds. When “888” is displayed, the thermostat has been reset to factory settings
Calibration: Press “Up” and “Down” together until “0.00” is displayed. Set the offset between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature.
Connect the NTC 10K sensor to the dedicated terminals of the module before applying power.
Connect the module to 12VDC, respecting the polarity and the terminals indicated on the housing.
Connect the load (heating element, pump, fan, etc.) to the relay output, respecting the recommended maximum current and power.
Apply the supply voltage. The display will show the current temperature measured by the sensor.
Briefly press the “Up” button to view the set start temperature.
Hold the “Up” button for a few seconds to enter start temperature setting mode, then use “Up” and “Down” to change the desired value.
Briefly press the “Down” button to view the set stop temperature.
Hold the “Down” button for a few seconds to enter stop temperature setting mode, then use “Up” and “Down” to change the value.
For calibration, press “Up” and “Down” simultaneously until “0.00” is displayed and set the offset between the actual temperature and the displayed temperature.
To reset to factory settings, press “Up” and “Down” simultaneously for a few seconds until “888” is displayed.
DO NOT SHORT-CIRCUIT THE YELLOW WIRE WITH THE BLACK ONE, AS IT CARRIES 12VDC WHEN THE RELAY IS ACTIVATED!

Are eroare mare ! L.am verificat cu un termometru profesional dar si babeste Dupa el, apa fierbe la 90a. Cu cat temperatura e mai mare cu atat si eroarea de masurare creste cu circa 10a. Conductorii, atat la senzor cat si la alimentare, sunt rigizi. Chinezarie ieftina!
