The control module for the spot welding machine made in DIY mode. It controls the welding time and current through SCR phase shift.
The two potentiometers regulate the welding time and current, and these parameters are displayed on the digital display.
Welding is triggered by dedicated pins (closing the circuit) where a mechanical pedal with 2 wires or any kind of accessory that can transmit a closed contact can be attached.
The module uses an STM8 microcontroller.
There are LEDs on the board that indicate power, status, pedal and operation.
Important: To be functional, this module requires a 9 or 12V AC transformer and a microwave transformer. Welding tips are also a necessary item. The main module and the one with the display are connected by wires that can be detached during transport. The order of the wires is marked on PCBs with an asterisk. Check the correctness of the threads before use!

foarte bun
Este un modul de mare ajutor, usor de integrat in aplicatia ta. Mie, imi lua razna citirile de la potentiometre si le-am schimbat. Prin urmare a functionat bine dupa. Ele au avut prea mare indoiturile la pini, cutia modulului fiind micuta.
