NANO v3 AtMega 328p development board, Arduino compatible

Ideal for prototyping and compact projects, especially line-following robots with 8 sensors, it uses the ATmega328p like the UNO but in a reduced format. It offers 14 digital pins with 6 PWM and 8 analog inputs, is quickly programmed in the Arduino IDE via mini USB, has a CH340G USB converter and can be powered at 5V via USB or via VIN 5-12V.

Development board compatible with Arduino, NANO V3, ATmega328p. This board uses the same microcontroller used in the UNO boards, having the advantage of small dimensions and the presence of two analog inputs in addition to it. The characteristic of the total 8 analog pins (compared to 6 on the UNO) make this board the ideal choice in line-following robots that use 8 analog channels.

The programming of the board is usually done through the Arduino IDE software, as a MiniUSB cable is required for communication with the computer.

The board is programmed with the "old bootloader" setting (it may vary depending on the batch). As a rule, I still prefer the old bootloader because it takes up less space (1.5KB difference) from the memory card. If you want to rewrite it with the latest version, follow the tutorial below (requires a secondary card):

 

The board can be powered directly at 5V through the USB port or on the VIN with a voltage between 5 and 12V (uses the AMS1117 5V voltage regulator).

To program the board, it is necessary to install the CH340 driver (see associated files).

The board comes with a preloaded bootloader. We prefer for the moment to use the old bootloader (before loading the code, select "ATMega328p old bootloader".
