Circular LED module on a wooden base, intended for integration into 3D-printed lamps, resin ornaments, glass, or other translucent materials. The component requires the integrator to mount an optical/decorative element.
The module combines a white LED ring and a circular wooden base into a compact subassembly, ready to be incorporated into products made by 3D printing, epoxy resin casting, or glass processing. It is the basic component for decorative lamps with lithophane panels, for resin cubes and hemispheres with inserts, and for any translucent object that needs uniform illumination from below.
The LED ring is arranged in a circle beneath the socket, so the light enters the material around the entire circumference and does not produce the visible bright spot typical of a single central LED. The ring arrangement matters especially for lithophanes and cast resin, where a point light source leaves a visible halo in the center of the image.
Powered at 5V via the included USB cable, with an in-line switch. The wooden base has a 33mm socket for mounting the installed element.

Usage:
The translucent element is placed in the 33mm socket on the top face of the base. Fixing is done depending on the application, by press fit or transparent adhesive. When designing the printed part, provide a 33mm cylindrical base and a wall thickness of 0.8-1.2mm in the illuminated area for optimal diffusion. The module is then powered from a 5V USB source.
