Propeller balancer using N45 magnets to support the shaft on which the propeller requiring balancing is mounted. Using magnets to support the shaft allows it to rotate freely, without friction, thus easily identifying an unbalanced propeller. The base is made of carbon fiber for durability and to prevent deformation.
This tool can be used with any type of propeller, turbine, or wheel weighing less than 80 grams, as heavier weights cannot be supported by the magnets.
The clamping method with metal cones ensures centering on the propeller hole and adapts this tool to propellers with central holes of different sizes.
The imbalance in the propeller will be noticeable because the heavier side will drop down, this product essentially being a balancer without resistance to shaft rotation due to the magnets keeping the shaft levitating.
Usage:
1. Mount the propeller on the shaft and tighten the cones on the propeller; their shape automatically centers the propeller.
2. Place the shaft with the propeller between the two side magnets of the base.
3. Rotate the propeller so that its two blades are parallel to the ground (horizontal position).
4. Observe if one blade heavier than the opposite pulls downward. In this case, remove material from the heavier side or add material to the lighter side until the propeller remains still when placed with blades opposite horizontally.
5. For propellers with multiple blades, turbines, or wheels, balancing is done by finding the heavier part and balancing it.

Foarte fain conceptul, dar a trebuit sa ajustez putin pe o piatra de ascutire pilonii de aluminiu de jos pentru a cracana putin mai mult spatiul de sus. Per total, recomand.
