Charge and discharge control and protection module compatible with a wide range of batteries (between 1 and 60VDC). The board has a display that indicates the battery voltage in real time.
You can set the charge and discharge voltage limit as well as the maximum charge/discharge time.
There are dedicated output signal connectors on the board. This allows the signal going to the relay to be taken for use with an external relay or wherever this trigger signal is needed. When the relay is activated the signal is HIGH.
The module also offers serial communication via the RX and TX pins which allows real-time monitoring of the relay status on the serial port.
Functions:
Under-voltage protection: when the battery voltage drops below a certain pre-set threshold, the board automatically stops the discharge process to prevent excessive battery discharge.
Overvoltage protection: when the battery voltage exceeds a preset threshold, the board automatically interrupts the charging process to avoid overloading and damaging the battery.
Precision Auto-Off Mode: The board is equipped with an auto-off module that stops charging or discharging when the battery reaches the desired voltage level, thus ensuring precise charging and preventing battery overcharging.
LED indicator: the board is equipped with an LED that indicates the operating status of the battery charging or discharging.
LED display: allows monitoring of tension in real time.

Upper voltage limit: UL1
Lower voltage limit: nL1
The upper voltage limit is necessarily higher than the lower voltage limit ( UL1 > nL1 ).
U-1: Load control: when the measured voltage is lower than the lower voltage limit, the relay is activated. When the measured voltage exceeds the upper voltage limit, the relay is disconnected.
U-2: Load measurement time control: set the load time (OP). When the measured voltage is lower than the lower voltage limit, the relay is activated and starts counting down the OP time, at the end of the timer, the relay is turned off. When the measured voltage is higher than the upper voltage limit, the relay is turned off.
U-3: Discharge detection: when the measured voltage is lower than the lower voltage limit, the relay is off, when the measured voltage exceeds the upper voltage limit, the relay is activated.
U-4: Discharge detection time control: set the discharge time (OP). When the measured voltage is higher than the upper voltage limit, the relay is activated and starts counting down the OP time, at the end of the timer, the relay is turned off. When the measured voltage is lower than the lower voltage limit, the relay is turned off.
U-5: Voltage in range, relay activates: when the measured voltage is between the upper and lower limits, the relay activates, in other circumstances it is open.
U-6: Voltage out of range, relay activates: the measured voltage is lower than the lower voltage limit or higher than the upper voltage limit, the relay activates, in other cases the relay disconnects.
