The Powerbank module intended for use with Arduino, Raspberry and other development boards, which allows the connection of up to 4 18650 cells in PARALLEL . It has output voltages of 3V and 5V, which makes it compatible with most development boards.
The connections to 3V and 5V are made through expansion pins with spacing of 2.54mm. For each exit there are 5 such exits. The USB Female output is added, which allows charging electronics or feeding programming boards via USB cable.
The module presents a battery charge control IC, with overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and charge timeout protection. Charging is done on one of the dedicated ports, MicroUSB or USB Type-C.
The module supports up to 4 cells in parallel (less can be placed, minimum one cell) to increase the total capacity. Before putting the cells in parallel, make sure that they are at the same charge level! If you connect a charged and a discharged battery, they will overheat and probably damage due to the fact that the cells will try to equalize each other at a fairly high current.
The module presents a series of LEDs that represent the battery charge level. During charging, the charge level LED will flash.
Use:
On the side there is an ON/OFF button. Once the 18650 cells are connected, it is necessary to press the button if you want to start the module. By long pressing the ON/OFF side button, the module stops. This also means that, when the batteries are removed from the module, it automatically enters the OFF state and it will be necessary to press the ON/OFF button again to restart the module. When charging, it is not necessary to press the button.
on the opposite side of the start button there is a switch with 2 positions. HOLD and AUTO . In the AUTO position, the module stops automatically if it does not detect consumers for 3 seconds. In the HOLD position, the module remains on regardless of whether there are consumers or not.

Important:
- There is no polarity protection! Reversing + with - will cause the integrated to burn.
- When removing the cells without stopping the module beforehand, the safety stop function can be triggered. In order to be able to use the module, it is necessary to enter the loaded.
- Respect the polarity! With 18650 cells, it can be easy to insert the batteries incorrectly. Respect the + and - signs. If the polarity is not respected, the IC will burn!
