The soldering iron uses butane gas (the one used in lighters) and has an adjustable temperature. It comes with two ends, one for soldering with a tip and one with a flame jet useful for flame heating applications.

Instructions:
Mode of use:
1. After charging, wait at least 10 seconds before turning on the gas.
2. Turn on the gas and light the tip with a lighter.
3. Keep the gun adjusted as close to minimum as possible and wait for the flame from the tip of the gun to disappear.
4. When the base of the tip turns red and the flame disappears, you can use the soldering gun.
