Active hardware balancing module for Li-ion, LiFePO4 and LTO batteries, equipped with Bluetooth interface on RS485 and capable of a transfer between cells of up to 1A.
It can manage between 3 and 10 battery series, having a balancing current between 0-1A, with a low power consumption of 250uA and a balancing accuracy of ±20mV. It operates at temperatures between -20°C and 60°C and is equipped with RS485 and UART interfaces for communications, supporting both phone and PC applications.
Multiple operating parameters can be set from the application.
The product comes with an external Bluetooth module and balance wires with a 10S compatible plug.

Use:
Make sure the module is connected correctly according to the instructions specified for the battery type.
Settings can be adjusted for the desired voltage and current using the RS485 or UART interface, via PC or phone application.
Before powering up, remove the plug from the module and solder the battery terminals. Then insert the balance plug into the module.
In case of use in a configuration less than 10S, proceed with connecting the batteries starting from the NEGATIVE terminal (0V) Then connect the rest of the cells. The wires that remain without connected terminals will remain free (in the air) but the LAST RED WIRE will be connected to the FINAL POSITIVE . Only in this way will the module be powered.
Proceed by accessing the application and setting the correct number of cells in series, followed by a RESTART of the module.
The standard password in the application for changing settings is 123456 .
